PRE-BOOKING DISCLAIMER:

The prices quoted were taken at the time of research, and entered into the itinerary that time.  Prices may change when booking is completed. 

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:

It is the responsibility of each Customer to obtain and carry a valid passport, visa(s) and all other documents required by applicable government regulations. 

It is the responsibility of each Customer to review entry/exit regulations of any country they wish to travel, including but not limited to visa requirements, immunization requirements and disclosure of past criminal offenses.

I understand that the Transportation Security Administration requires me to carry a government issued identification card in order to board a flight. I have been advised that the name, date of birth and gender that appears on my identification card must exactly match the same such data that is listed on my airline ticket and in my booking records. I acknowledge that my failure to strictly comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or an undue delay at an airport security checkpoint causing me to miss my flight.

Travel Bug By Amy LLC is not responsible for the issuance of travel identification such as passports and/or visas and travelers should ensure they have or have been approved for the appropriate documents before purchasing travel.

I understand that if traveling internationally, I must have a valid passport and depending upon my destination and nationality, I may need to obtain one or more visas.

NOTE TO CLIENT: Passport and visa information may be obtained by contacting the Travel Advisory Section of the US State Department at 202.647.5225 or by visiting the State Department’s website at travel.state.gov. Non-US passport holders should be sure to contact the embassies of their destination and transit countries to obtain entrance requirements. To obtain medical information, you may contact the Centers for Disease Control at 404.332.4559 or visit the CDC’s website at www.cdc.gov.

RISKS/SAFETY

Travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others.  It is strongly encouraged for customers to remain informed of current news events, as well as to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the United States Government prior to booking travel to international destinations. 

By offering travel planning to customer chosen destinations, Travel Bug By Amy LLC does not represent or warrant that travel to such points is advisable or without risk, and shall not be liable for costs, damages or losses that may result from travel to such destinations. These include but are not limited to roads/infrastructure that may not be to the same standard as your home country, illness, quarantine and lack of access to medical facilities.  Customer participation constitutes acceptance of such events at customer's own risk. 

LIMITATIONS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND DISCLOSURE

Travel Bug By Amy LLC acts solely as an itinerary planner, and is not the source or provider of the travel services.  Each of these supplier companies is an independent entity with its own management and is not subject to the control of Travel Bug By Amy LLC.  Because of this, you agree Travel Bug By Amy LLC is not liable for any personal injury or property damage which may arise out of these services. 

Travel Bug By Amy LLC cannot be held responsible for acts that may impact travel including to but without limitation - weather conditions, acts of terrorism, riots, civil disturbance, quarantine, sickness, strikes or other untoward occurrences. 

Therefore, the purchase of travel insurance is highly recommended on all trips.  Travel Bug By Amy LLC does not offer travel insurance for purchase, therefore it is the customer's responsibility for obtaining travel insurance if you so choose. 

NO COPYING OR EDITING

No material from this website may be modified, copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, displayed, transmitted, licensed, used to make derivative work, transferred, sold or distributed in any way, without Travel Bug By Amy LLC written consent.  Unauthorized use of any such material on any other website or computer environment or elsewhere is prohibited. 

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Travel Bug By Amy LLC reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms at any time.  Updated versions of the Terms will be posted here are effective immediately upon posting.  Use of the website after any changes to the Terms constitutes your consent to the changes.

USE OF TRAVEL BUG BY AMY LLC

You warrant you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement, to place an order for goods through the service and for use of our website in accordance with all terms and conditions herein.  You agree to be financially responsible for all your travel bookings.  You agree to supervise all usage of Travel Bug By Amy LLC itineraries by minors under your name or account.  

Travel Bug By Amy LLC offers travel itinerary recommendations to customers, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services. Travel Bug By Amy LLC does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the independent travel vendors. Hence, customer agrees that Travel Bug By Amy LLC acts only as agent for the client in recommending transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing, and other privileges, or services for the clients’ benefit, and on the express condition that Travel Bug By Amy LLC shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection there with. 

RELEASE CLAUSE

I accept that Travel Bug By Amy LLC is not responsible for, nor will I attempt to hold them liable for any injury, damage or loss I may suffer related to the trip and travel and any activities in which the traveler chooses to participate in.  The traveler understands and voluntarily assumes the risks associated with travel, both known and unknown, associated with the trip or activity. I agree that this disclaimer includes the entire traveling party and that in the event of any disputes; they may only be litigated in the state of Virginia, Virginia Beach, with a maximum penalty not to exceed the total earned by Travel Bug By Amy LLC in the original transaction.
